New case added to the existing case.

Hello, 

 

Any idea on how I could accomplish the following ? 

 

I have a flow that opens a case on a specific account. I want to add another layer to this flow which is :

 

Validate if there is a case already open and if there is, do not open a new case but add the body+subject into the note section of the existing ticket.

 

If I perform the step in the same workflow as the other one, I get mutiple layer of what it's called "Apply to each" and I just do not know how to handle such layer of complexity.
