New to Flows - Assigning task to Reps starting from PDF in Sharepoint library

I have created 3 different flows where once document is added to folder I have created a flow to add them to an Excel sheet, Planner and Sharepoint list.  I don't need all, just one but i haven't found how to complete the next part.  Next I want to assign them to a rep and have them be notified but this is where i get lost.

Ideally i would like to send an email to them once their Name is added to the Cell from the row that was created from the first flow but have not been able to figure it out.  Added bonus would be for email to include original attachment

Alternatively would be to notify them when the task has been moved to there Bucket, or their name selected from a drop down in a sharepoint list.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Elite1085 ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please explain more details about the columns in the excel table and the sharepoint list?

Best regards,

Alice

hi @v-alzhan-msft , thank you for your response.  Right now the flow is very basic which you can see below.  In Excel i would like to have a drop down in the Rep field for a name and then once that filed is populated with the name it would send an email to that person.

Hi @Elite1085 ,

There is no any way to have a drop down for a excel column in Microsoft flow currently.

For your requirement to check if the Rep field has value, and once that field has name it would send an email to that person, you could take a try to refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

The expression for the first value in the Condition as below:

empty(body('Get_a_row')?['Status'])
