No Dynamic content available on get file properties

Hi

Can anyone help with this? I am trying to create an approval flow from blank which starts with 'for a selected file' and selects the relevant document library on my SharePoint site. I then select 'get file properties' from my sharepoint site and select the relevant list but I have no dynamic content available.

We have old flows we created a few months ago the exact same way which have 'FileId' in the dynamic content field but it no longer appears?

Thanks

Hi @amm16 ,

Please try to start the flow from the template “Complete a custom action for the selected file”, then add other needed actions.

Dynamic contents are available on Get file properties action when testing it on my side.

1. Start with For a selected item. This trigger only retrieves SharePoint lists in the Flow UI, but you can use libaries, too. You just need to...

2. Click Enter custom value and enter the target library name.

3. Add a Get file properties action as the next step after the trigger, and select the document library that you manually keyed in during Step Two

4. In the Id field, choose the ID value from For a selected item

- That should do the trick. Let us know!
