Non-ASCII chars in filename

Hi,

I'm trying to build a flow that sends an email when a certain file is modified in Sharepoint. I have used the trigger "When a file is created or modified in a folder" (Sorry, don't know the exact name in English. Just the translation from Finnish) and then a condition with the name of the file.

Problem is that the filename contains scandinavic characters and I can't just get a positive match in that case. If use a filename without non-ascii chars, then everything works fine.

My condition is like this: @equals(triggerOutputs()['headers']['x-ms-file-name'], 'Julkaisujärjestelmät.docx')

But when I test it, I see that the filename in the header is like this: Julkaisuj%25c3%25a4rjestelm%25c3%25a4t.docx

I have tried to put that exact string in my condition, but it doesn't work.

Is there any solution, apart from changing the filenames to exclude non-ascii characters?

Many thanks!

Rather than using triggerOutputs()['headers']['x-ms-file-name'] , why don't you use the dynamic content : File name with extension

Re: Non-ASCII chars in filename

Hi,

thanks for the reply. Just found some time to try your solution. It works fine. It's kind of strange because at first that option was not available.

Anyway, thanks a lot!
