Not all rows are being inserted in my SQL table from my Excel table

Hi,

This is my flow:

My flow is succeeding but producing an unexpected result:

There are 804 rows in my Excel table that need to be written to my SQL table but only 256 rows are actually written to the SQL table.

What could be the problem?

Thank you for your help!

Regards,

Daniel

Hi,

I figured out the problem. In the 'list rows present in the table' Excel action in the settings the threshold was empty so I assume 256 is the default threshold. I dialed it up past 804 and the flow inserted all 804 rows:

Hi @Mari ,

It's a pleasure. Now I have another problem.

Each day I delete the prior Excel file (in my onedrive) with name 'Name.xlsx' and add a new file with yesterday's data and name it 'Name.xlsx'.

The Table name is 'Table1'.

So the new file has the same name and the table also has the same name as before but when I run the flow with the new file it fails saying it can't find the table.

I fixed this by remapping the 'file' path and 'table' field from scratch and reran the flow and it worked.

However, It becomes a manual job to do this each day and the idea is to automate.

Do you have any tips to either make this more automatic or do the process differently?

Thanks a lot!

Regards,

Daniel
