Note in Microsoft FOrms

Hi,

 

I would like to recover the, note of a questionnaire made with Forms to record it under Sharepoint, how is it possible ?

Hi @Benoit42 , sorry but what do you mean by a "note of the questionnaire" in Forms? Is it that you want to save the responses to a list in SharePoint?

The note is the result of the test (for example 19/20).
