Notification in teams when file modified by specified user

Hi Guys, could somebody help me with the flow building. I need to put notification to Teams when file modified by specified user.

I tried different triggers and can`t get "Modified By" property for the Excel file in Sharepoint online. No problem with "Created by" property, but how to get Modified By?
