One Flow for all list and\or library

I would like to create one process that will send me a notification when a document or list item is created or changed - for all libraries and lists on a specific site.

I found only the function to choose a specific library or list.

Re: One Flow for all list and\or library

We do a monthly report on one of our sites that on the 1st of the month at 6am sends details of all changes to documents and pages in the previous month to the manager of the site owner. This is done with parallel branches and gets the documents from each documents library and the site pages using a filter query of modified ge {past time of 1 month}. Providing you are not using more than about 25 different document libraries or lists this works well. It adds the result to an excel file

You could do a similar thing that when a document or page is created or modified you'd have parallel branches for each document library and do a " Send an email (V2)" action.

Re: One Flow for all list and\or library

Hi @Yehuda-Vansover ,

Currently, only one specified List/Library can be monitored by a Flow to see if a new item/file has been created or changed.

Please consider creating two Flows, one to monitor the Library and one to monitor the List.

Then use the two Flows as templates, click Save as to create a copy, and then apply to other List/Library, just change Library Name/List Name.

Hope it helps.
