I only want the email to trigger if the column changes to 'complete' - right now it's sending if it changes to 'complete' or 'incomplete'. What do I need to change here?
Add another line to your condition that checks the value of the column is equal to "Complete". That way it will only send the email if that column has changed and if the column value is "Complete". If the column changes to incomplete it won't send the email. If the column value is complete, but it didn't change then it also won't send the email.
Not totally sure what this is supposed to look like. Can you give more specifics? When I type in 'equals' into the expression it gives me parenthesis...thanks!
in the left side of the condition choose the field value you want to be equal to Complete. The field that you are checking in the first line of the condition to make sure it has changed.
