I'm having a flow where Uploading data from Excel to SharePoint List.
I'm Using the following connectors to achieve the required action. Scheduled / Occurrence -> List rows present in a table - > Apply to each - > get Items - > Condition-> Create item or Update Item.
The Columns in my Spreadsheet include date type cells (3 columns ) the dates are presented in this format 9-11-2019 ( MM-DD-YYYY) no time included.
I'm receiving this error while processing the flow and a message of Slow performance.
penApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Create_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'item/Submission' is required to be of type 'String/date'. The runtime value '"43711"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'String/date'
The Condition is length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])
Hi there. I think this may be as simple as Excel and SharePoint handling dates differently. Date codes in Excel are a bit...weird, so to use them, we need to add the code to an expression before trying to pass it off as a date to anything else. See the thread below for the expression:

In the submission date for instance should it include the Submissions date Value or i would have to write any further expressions?
why is the flow telling me slow performance it took 12 hours for the previous run to finish, the spreadsheet actually includes 4500 row so is that the reason.
thank you for your help in advance,
are you able to help by sharing the flow pictures with a little bit of illustration from your side.
Thank you in advance,
