Outlook 365 Calendar --> SharePoint List

I'm trying to "sync" Outlook calendar events to a SharePoint calendar/list.

I'm doing this in 3 separate flows: When an event is created, when an event is modified, and when an event is deleted.

I'm avoiding conditions (making one flow instead of 3) until I understand the 3 underlying flows.

The flow to create a list item when a calendar event is created was easy enough to make, but I'm stuck on the modification/deletion flows. Specifically with the Id concept.

I only want to modify or delete the SharePoint list item that contains the corresponding calendar Id. It's my understanding that I must "Get Items" from the SharePoint list before they can be modified/deleted, but I don't know how to format a query to get only the item with the corresponding calendar Id (which is saved to an Outlook Id column that I created). Without specifying in a query which item I'm looking for, the "Apply to each" function modifies/deletes EVERY item in my SharePoint list.

Additionally, in the SharePoint "Update Item" action, it asks for the SharePoint item Id. The SharePoint item Id and calendar event Id are not the same, so it makes no sense to select either one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found a solution: I added a Filter Array.

After I "Get Items" from the SharePoint list, I filter to look for only the item with an Outlook Id (custom column I added to the list) value that matches the Outlook event Id. Then, in the "Apply to each", I make sure to call back to the Filter Array.

Hi!

I am working on a similar issue that you had but I have a bigger problem in that I do not know coding at all.

What I am wanting to do is have specific titled Appointments or meetings in outlook flow to a share point calendar.

There maybe 20 different users that contribute from these specific outlook entries into the sharepoint calendar.

Is this possible?
