Outlook Can't Find User to email from Dynamic Content

I have a flow that was working perfectly on Friday and on Monday, it won't work. It is supposed to update an Excel worksheet and send an email when a form is submitted. It updates the worksheet but I get an error that it can't find the user for the email.

The email is set up to send to dynamic content from the worksheet with the responder's email address. If I change the addressee on the email to myself it works fine, but it won't send to the responder on the form. I'm tearing my hair out over this one.

Any suggestions would be welcome. I've tried changing the connector to Mail instead of Outlook, I've tried both Outlook 365 and connectors, I've tried removing the Office 365 connector that looks up the responder's Display Name. I've changed browsers, I closed and reopened both Power Automate and my browsers. I've even rebooted my computer.

DebV is it inside a switch statement at all? I have had similar issues. Can you enter the email address into a compose action and then pass the outputs into the TO field.

Re: Outlook Can't Find User to email from Dynamic Content

Hi @DebV,

Could you please share the error report details when executing the Flow to send to a dynamic email address?

And the dynamic content of Email addresses are storing in the Excel table?
