Outlook emails in an automated flow are being sent on behalf of a single user and not the one who creates the item in a Saharepoint list

An approval flow exists after an item is created in a sharepoint list, and all email approvals and notifications are arriving on behalf of the creator of the flow and not the one running it.

That is, email notifications should be dynamic, depending on the person who is running the flow from when a new item is created in the sharepoint list

If the flow is running with an automated trigger then this is the way its designed to operate.  One workaround would be to start the approval using a For a Selected Item trigger.  Then the flow will run in the context of the user who starts it rather than the maker.  You can also change the From: account used for sending the emails.  But if you do that then the maker of the flow needs to have "Send on Behalf" permission to every mailbox that will be used in the From.  Usually that's not maintainable.
