Outlook tasks - Completed task trigger

Hi! I am trying to work out the best slution and playing with Todoist and To Do/Outlook tasks.

With Outlook tasks, when I try to set "When the task is completed" I have to specify task ID - and certainly I do not want this to be just for one task. Does anyone have such an issue?

On the other hand, Todoist connector doesn't have "Complete task" action.

Re: Outlook tasks - Completed task trigger

Hi @Kacper,

If here you mean the trigger, then I am afraid currently it is not available to monitor multiple tasks together.

Also for the Todoist Complete task,

Please consider submit your feedback as Microsoft Flow idea:

Re: Outlook tasks - Completed task trigger

Hmm, this makes this trigger totally pointless.

Why would I add triggers for all tasks individually? What is the idea behind this step?

Re: Outlook tasks - Completed task trigger

Would it be possible to have a word from the developer on this? What's the point of a trigger where you have to specified a task id. Such thing is not asked when we use the "when a task is added"...

Re: Outlook tasks - Completed task trigger

This is absolutely required.. without the ability to use dynamic task ID's this trigger is totally USELESS!

Re: Outlook tasks - Completed task trigger

Any update on this?

I would prefer the Trigger, occur on selected Folder rather individual Task.
