Outputting Append-only Comments from SharePoint list to text file?

I have a list in SharePoint which has a field called 'Approver's Comments'. The field uses the append-only option, where it allows users to add comments and it timestamps it each time.

I'm creating a separate document library that serves as an archive. Users can attach documents to a list item, and my flow runs in the background to automatically retrieve these documents and store them in a folder with the same ID name. Alongside the archive of documents, I want to archive the approver's comments, but as a .txt file.

Is there any way I can do this? I saw another post which suggested using the 'html to text' converter in Flow, but I was only able to produce an output file that contains nothing in it.

Any help would be great

Hi @toby95,

You could get the value of 'Approver's Comments' field through Get item action or Get items action, then create a text file, for example:
