Hello -
We are building a flow that would send an email with the responses from the Microsoft Form to an external system that would generate a ticket based on the responses from the form.
We have made the form user friendly, but would like to take the responses and have them output specific strings/variables, based on the multiple choice/drop-down response, to put in the email (I.E. "User will not pay for cellphone" would convert to "do_not_pay").
Is there a way to take the response details and have specific outputs for the responses? I'm assuming we could put something in after the "Get Response Details" step that we can lay out a basic mapping for. Thank you!

Hi @mchung
Forms always return strings to us, so we need to be creative.
I wrote an article on how to fetch the data and how to parse multi-select-forms:

Can you please check if and let me know if you have any questions?
