Parse form choice question into HTML grid

Hello,

I am trying to parse the answers from a multi select choice question in FORMS into a HTML grid or similar to insert into a word template

the form questions look like this

and the table will look something like this

The intention is so you can quickly see what the best day and time is across all three parties.

It seems to be checking the whole array for 'Monday AM', so it comes back with True each time,

I'm going to keep on trying, but if there is any suggests please fire them my way :).

Many Thanks

Hi @Displaced_2000,

Could you please share a bit more about your needed table format?

Since you have split all the choices into a single column, then what value do you want to populate the Party1 column with if the time of the week is available for the specific party?

Best Regards,
Qi

I would want to see an ‘X’ just to indicate that time has been selected and then repeat for the other parties. It should be then easier for the user to see which time overall is preferable.
