Parsing Email - Multiple Records in one Email compare to SharePoint List

I very much new to Power Automate flow and have been trying to Google and YouTube you way to a solution; however, I haven't been able to find a solution to this issue. 

Step up: Receive an email with updates for multiple 'IDs' . This is similar to the structure I receive via email:

Not Started:

  • 456695453
    Priority: High
  • 563115584
    Priority: Medium

In Progress:

  • 78962456
    Priority: High
  • 965321456
    Priority: Medium
  • 89964596
    Priority: High
  • 9632548
    Priority: Low


I'm wanting to Extract each "ID" (the bold bullet point numbers), compare it to my Sharepoint list of IDs and, if match, update the Priority with the designated priority in the email IF different. The numbers of Items can vary in each email for each "Section".  If I need to provide more clarity, please let me know! Thank you!!
