Parsing text table from email

Hi there - we get an email on a daily basis that looks like this :

LAST KNOWN DATE DATA WAS RECEIVED OR LOADED

LOC LOC_NAME LAST_LOAD
-------- ---------------------------------------- --------------------------
1 Site 1 26-SEP-19

2 Site 2 26-SEP-19

3 Site 3 26-SEP-19

4 Site 4 07-SEP-19

5 Site 5 26-SEP-19

What I'd like to do is pass on any site that has a LAST_LOAD time of more than 10 days ago be passed as a message to a teams channel. So in the above example, "Site 4" would be passed through.

What would be the best way to go about doing this? Any help would be appreciated!
