Passing subject line of a outlook email as a parameter to HTTP trigger

I want start a survey if a link in an email is clicked. But I want the subject line and/or the sender name of the email to be passed to the HTTP request is received.

So I have seen a trigger "When a HTTP request is received" and by using GET method, I can pass a variable. Is it possible for Flow to capture the subject line and the sender name which I will pipe into a survey.

Yes, Flow can capture the data you're seeking. Check out this post, Modify Dynamic Content Before Use in Flow.
