Photos in Office 365

Hey Flow Community!

I would like to create a Flow that controls which users do not have a photo in Office365 and create an email for all of them and remind them to upload a photo.

Re: Photos in Office 365

HI @Fredrik_R

Please refer to the flow below: I have an array variable that is populated with all the user email addresses. I am using an apply to each condition on this array and checking if the user has a photo and if the user does not have one, it sends and email and if the user has one it does nothing.

Re: Photos in Office 365

Hi @Fredrik_R ,

Were the @yashag2255 ' suggestion above able to help you with your issue?

In addition, you could also use Search for users to get all the users, and then configure Get user photo metadata to see if the current user has uploaded photos.
