Planner Duplication Tracking - Bad Gateway; message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Dear PA Community,

I have been working on a Flow which watches 3 different Planner Plans for:

1. Cards that are created

2. Cards that are closed

It works 99.9% of the time with natural little bugs (like getting the team to input data correctly) OTHER THAN my dreaded BadGateway.

I had assumed that these errors were tied to Apply To Each, so I removed most of them.

However, I now get one for "Create a Task."

The final screenshot has what I think is a clue. 

        "message": "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.",

Prior to this last Flow update I made, the BadGateway error was firing on the 'Apply to each' that contained this Create a Task.

So, I removed the Apply to Each. However, I am still getting some errors.

Below is the syntax I used in my Flow during the error.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
