Planner / Flow Integration to Sharepoint

I am looking for help with a flow:

Idea is that when an item on planner is updated with an owner the corresponding fields from a sharepoint form - update to a pre-defined status for example to in-progress  and assignee is also added in the corresponding sharepoint page field.

Is there any templates for this type of function to use out of the box. i have also checked triggers in the blank creation template but only has when status is completed or assigned to me as triggers.

Thanks for feedback.

I am afraid that currently there is no trigger could be used to detect changes when an item is updated on planner.

There is a similar request on Planner task modified, please vote and comment the idea at here, PGs will take hot ideas into consideration first in future releases:
