Planner completed tasks to excel or similar dashboard.

Hello everyone,

I have a strange flow that I am trying to build.

I understand that planner has its own dashboard where you can view the progress of ongoing tasks and whatnot, but my boss wants a better way to be updated as tasks are completed without being spammed with notifications and e-mails.

Is there a way to create an automated flow that will send a weekly one time e-mail or link to show him updated reports on what tasks have been completed and what tasks are left (based on each bucket, not all tasks)?  Perhaps even something visual and simple like a pie chart showing a percentage of completed tasks thru an excel spreadsheet?

I know it sounds confusing, but this was what I was tasked to figure out.  I would greatly appreciate any help you guys can give me.  Thank you!

Hi @Leo_Chui ,

I'm afraid that it i no easy to get the reports on what tasks have been completed and what tasks are left based on each bucket, since the List tasks action of Planner connector don't have a bucket column to identify a bucket.

Best regards,

Alice

I see, thank you for the response and I apologize for only seeing this now.

Is there a flow that can dump the entire plan into an excel spreadsheet weekly?  Thank you!

Hi @Leo_Chui ,

You could take a try to create all the tasks to the excel table.

Best Regards,

Alice
