Planner to Flow to SharePoint, ID Choice Only

Pulling data in to SharePoint from Planner seems to have a choice for ID only for certain pieces.  I did it a couple years back but forgot how to create another column in SharePoint or whatever to convert the ID to the actual name/description of the item in that column (calculated or otherwise, not sure what the current best practice is).

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi, for many of the fields, it just shows ID and not the detail/name of the planner field.  I've added 3 screen shots.  Regardless if I make the next step of the flow to Outlook, SharePoint or any other spot, only ID is sent over and not the name (because it doesn't seem to be a choice).  Historically we had to create a hidden field for ID and another field and have the new field lookup the ID.

Hi, reading another post I saw something about using the "List..." function which allowed me to see the buckets and plans.  For some reason it added one entry per bucket.  I'm sure there's a simple solution there.  Not sure how to do it.

Also, what the best way to be able to show the value of the individual/person under the "Assign To".
