Please help, building approval workflow

Dear Community,

I am looking for a way to create a flow based on a list. The approval flow is being used on a list. The reason of using flow is to automaticly make colleges approve an doucment. When the first approving stage is done, the following stage is triggert. These are the following fases:

1. Idea

2. Execute

3. Evaluate

Each fase there needs to be an approval. How can I archieve this?

Hell @Berendsen,

The best way how to reach this is to read this article - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/sequential-modern-approvals and update example here to your situation.

You will have to add column where you will update, after approval in what phase it is like Idea - Execute - Evaulate, so you can track in what phase it is also. Just keep in mind that one Flow can live for up to 30 days and then it is ended so the whole approval should not take longer time.

Hope you can make a better picture, how to work with approval actions in Flow.

Hi @Berendsen,

Could you please share more details about your requirement?

As @vecerpa has suggested, you could create a flow with sequential approvals refer to the link provided.

You could provide more details so we would provide a proper workaround for you.

Best regards,

Alice
