Populate Planner with Task from Forms using Flow

Hello,

I am very new to O365 / Teams / Flow etc.

We have created a flow to populate a planner with tasks from a form filled out by employees. Everything is working well, however, we cannot figure out how to connect who has requested / created the task.

Currently, every new task shows that it was created by the person who "owns" the flow / form, even when someone else within the company submits.

Hi @katez

Microsoft flow could only create a planner task from the connection account of "Create a task" action currently,

If you would like the planner task to be created by the submitter of the form, there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Best regards,

Alice
