Populate SP list based on the answer to a a question in a form.

I have a rather long form that branches. I would like to crate a flow that sends information to a SharePoint list based on the branching question. So, I would like the flow to crate an automatic trigger to populate a SharePoint list If the response to question 1 is “option 1”, or something like that. I can’t figure out how to do this. Is it possible?
