Populate Word with Filter

Lost my last message, I believe.

I was looking to populate word from my SharePoint list info, filtered based on the choice.  For the choice for each question I have yes, no or maybe.  For the "No" and "Maybe" I wanted them to populate under an ABC section of my word document, maybe called ABC "No" section or ABC "Maybe".  Anyway, looking to filter.
