I found a solution.

When you are creating a template with content control make sure you edit the properties to:

select Allow carriage returns (multiple paragraphs).

This allowed me to keep the line break from sharepoint list with plain text.

Hello, @FelipePanza!

Yes, there are some workaround to get this done. However, the action "Populate a Microsoft Word Template" doesn't do that on its own. I did however found a similar post that might help you with this: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/SharePoint-Multiple-lines-of-text-column-and-Send-an...

Let me know if it helped you keep the break lines in your cell!

Cheers,

Rodrigo

Where in my flow should I do this?

Compose the multiple lines to URI encoding, a then replace the line break %0A with the desired formatting, such as </br>.
