Populate sharepoint list from html table received in email. Please help

Dear Community,

I am quite new user of MS Flow and im trying to use it to make my work more efficient.

I receive an email every morning detailing out any business opportunities my company has recorded in the last day. . In my flow I would like the opportunities marked as Won to be populated along with the Revenue $ amount into the Sharepoint List.

Here's the table I receive (after it has been through Flow to convert HTML to text)

I have set up the start of the flow with the following:

  1. When new email arrives in specific email folder.
  2. HTML to text
  3. Create item in sharepoint list.

However what I am struggling with is to narrow down my sharepoint list to only include details where the opportunity is marked as Won.

I am hopeful there is a solution so I would be grateful for any help.

Thanks

Re: Populate sharepoint list from html table received in email. Please help

Hi @LukeM1 ,

From your description, it seems that you would like to get all the records that created on last day and status is “won”.

For your current scenario, if you want to get where the opportunity is marked as Won from the email body, I am afraid that it might be not possible to achieve. As Flow is not able to parse email body currently.

However, I assume that the following flow will work for you as well.

Please try to get the record from Dynamics 365 opportunity directly.

I have created a flow likes below which will be triggered daily, in the action Get records input the following code to get the required codes:

(statuscode eq 3) and (createdon ge '@{addDays(utcNow(),-1,'yyyy-MM-ddT00:00:00Z')}' ) and (createdon le '@{addDays(utcNow(),-1,'yyyy-MM-ddT23:59:00')}')

Then add the action Create item to SharePoint list with corresponding value.
