Do you want to save the file name which is upload in the subfolder of 'Internal consultation' folder into the excel in Comms folder. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.
I set up a flow, you can refer to the screenshots below to see if it helps.
Here are my two folders.
Excel with a table is stored in Comms folder and there are 4 subfolders in Internal consultation folder.
Flow in details:
Expression:
When a new email is upload in subfolder, the file name will be added in excel.
