Populate spreadsheet in a folder when document uploaded to a folder in a sharepoint library

Hello

This may be too hard.

• I have a flow (manual trigger) that creates a folder and 4 subfolders in a SharePoint library. 
• The two that I need assistance are: one called 'Comms' and the other called 'Internal consultation'.
• In the 'Comms' folder, the flow creates an excel spreadsheet from a template library. The other subfolder is called
• In the 'Internal consultation' folder, I manually create subfolders on an as required basis (eg. Folder 1, Folder 2 and Folder 3). People across our organisation will be uploading documents into one of these subfolders, as directed.

My questions:

1. Is it possible for power automate to recognise when someone uploads a document/s into one of the subfolders (Folder 1, 2 or 3)? 
2. Is it possible to copy the name of the document that has been uploaded into one of the subfolders and populate the excel spreadsheet in the Comms folder?

Do you want to save the file name which is upload in the subfolder of 'Internal consultation' folder into the excel in Comms folder. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

I set up a flow, you can refer to the screenshots below to see if it helps.

Here are my two folders.

Excel with a table is stored in Comms folder and there are 4 subfolders in Internal consultation folder.

Flow in details:

Expression:

length(split(outputs('Compose'),'/'))

When it is equal to 4, it means that it is a file upload in the subfolder.

If you still have subfolders in your subfolders, and you also need to record the file name, you can change 'is equal to' to 'is greater than or equal to'.

When a new email is upload in subfolder, the file name will be added in excel.
