Populating a Word Document with a String to Muiltiple Lines

Hello,

I have looked at others and can't find a fix for this, I have a Word template that I am trying to populate but when people enter in muilitple lines in a List it populates the word file all in one line.

When testing it looks good in the first field.

But when populating the Word Document I see the \n which should mean a new line right?

@jmon

The Word Online connector documentation indicates that the new line character is not supported with the plain text control and the rich text control is not currently supported.  Sorry...

Thanks for the Reply, I did some more testing and it works when I do the inputting into the list but when other people enter into the list it does not work.  Interesting.

Has there been any update on when rich text controls will be functional?
