Post reply to a channel with latest update from a sharepoint list

Hi all,

I have a Power Automate flow which has an OR condition to check for updates to two particular columns, in a sharepoint list.

Currently, If either of the values are true, the flow posts a msg to a Teams channel, with the column name and value of both the statuses. Ideally, i would like the flow to only post the columns name and value which has changed.

Is there anyway to achieve this?

Appreciate any help with this.

This was very helpful but I wanted a way to distinguish what column had been updated and post that value in the channel msg. My condition contains an OR and an AND. 

I've now created a separate Flow to allow for the exact  condition to be met and appropriate msg posted.
