I have trolled the internet for a while but all im looking to do is post to twitter with an image from a sharepoint list or photo library.
I have tried a few different techniques but can anyone advise on how this is possible?

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:
Image reference:
The flow works successfully as below:
In addition, there is a limit in the size of image uploaded when we post a tweet with an image. The maximum size of image uploaded is 5 MB.

Hi Kris...
The part i needed was the get file content.
Adding New item in SharePoint List with the image as the Attachment to the list item, use the Get Attachement to get the identifier.
Use the Get file content using the identifier field captured using the Get Attachement.
Then post to twitter using the get file content for the media!
