Posting multiple attachments from Microsoft Forms to a SharePoint List

Hello, 

 I am attempting to automate a Microsoft form that our department is using to identify multiple requests from clients

When an issue is created it creates a new item on a SP list, I am having an issue connecting multiple attachments that can be included in the MS form to the new SP list item. 

I keep getting the following error

Here is how I have it laid out

1.) Parse Json from Files realted to form data.

2.) A sharepoint Item is created

3.) Then a Compose action to differentiate the different files

Name = From Parse JSON 

4.) Then gather the file content from the SharePoint group (the form was created and hosted in a SP group) 

5.) Add attachment from the File content above to the previously mentioned SP list item. 

Name (both filename, and in pathing) = from Parse Json

ID = SPID from create Item

File Content = File Content from "Get File Content using Path" Step

Please change the ‘Documents’ in the path to ‘Shares Documents’ and try again.
