Power Automate Approval

Hello, I want to know if it is possible to pause a flow once it gets to a certain action within the flow and then one of the owners of the flow can resume it once they confirmed whatever they needed and then the flow can resume?

For example, I want to send out a welcome email, wait for the user to step up their account on another site. Then once I've confirmed it, Let the flow resume itself and send the rest of the emails I have set up.

Send Email->Flow Pauses itself->Confirm what I need(this part doesn't have anything to do with the flow, it will be seen on another site)->Unpause flow

Re: Power Automate Approval

Hi!

Yes, you can use Approval connector.

So flow is paused until you (or whatever Approver you assigned) clicks on 'Approve' button

Hope this helps

Re: Power Automate Approval

Hi @salieri

Have a look at Flow approvals. You can make decisions based on the outcome of the approval then decide to continue or use Terminate action step to stop the flow.

Thanks
