Power Automate Desktop Flow Brick Wall (PowerShell)

How can you run certain task within Power Automate Desktop Flows as an admin?

I'm a domain user on a domain computer with local administrator rights.

I can run PowerShell scripts as a local administrator in ISE and they work but there's no way to configure the built-in PowerShell module in Desktop Flows to run as an admin. All my scripts get an output of access denied.

I've went as far as to disable UAC and set ISE (all 4 versions) to run as admin by default. The Power Automate desktop app is also set to run as admin.

I've hit a brick wall. No point in automating AD tasks if now I can't run the scripts.

Any ideas?
