Power Automate (Desktop) - Window error

Hi all, was hoping someone could help me with this issue which I've been trying to resolve for a few days now.

I'm using Power Automate Desktop to build my flows. I recorded a lot of the UI interactions for a 3rd party software we use. It's simply a database and I'm trying to use the Click on UI tool to run reports.

When I open a new instance of this software the flow no longer works. I receive an error stating "Failed to perform the requested action on the drop down list (failed to get window)"

My question is how to I make sure it's looking at the right window. I can't for the life of me figure out where to start in solving this issue.

If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I suggest to raise a support ticket and check with MS Support to understand the issue.

I also came across a similar issue, when I open my existing Desktop Flow for PDF Action it shows Unknown Action.
