I am trying to use a template for processing approvals on SharePoint list items.
While all the apps connect, Office 365 Outlook does not.
What do I need to do
As i can see the account that you are trying add connection with is 100591234@g.. , is this the correct account? do you have other account , if yes try with that account.

I figured out source of the problem.
My organization does not have the Outlook server on the Cloud (unlike the other apps), and runs from on premises servers.
I think creating a webmail account should take care of that, but I haven't tried it yet.
