Power Automate Flow Support: Receive notification when an MS Teams Approval has been submitted and approved.

Hi, I've been having trouble setting up a flow to initiate a notification to our finance team when an expense report has been submitted and approved via the Microsoft Teams Approval App. We have a template set up within the MS Teams Approval apps for our employees to submit their expense reports to their managers for approval.


We'd like a way for our finance team to:

1) be notified when an employee has submitted their report

2) be notified when a report for approval submitted has been approved by the manager

3) track history of approvals submitted through the MS Teams Approval app.


Can anyone support me in creating this flow where notifications are sent to our finance team's email for reports submitted via Approvals App and once an approval has been approved by a manager?
