Power Automate/Microsoft Forms - Update flow contents from a form

Hey Gang! First Time Poster, Long Time user....We currently have some Power Automate flows that notify groups of people based on 'Category' selection. Currently the process to add people to these flows is a manual process. It's time consuming for our Support Desk and Infrastructure Teams. We were thinking we could setup a 'subscribe' form and based on those selections add the people to the proper flows for the desired notifications. Thoughts, Comments, Hints, Prayers, and Bourbon are appreciated.

@Anonymous ideally you should not go back to your flows and constantly amend them. What we do for a similar scenario is to have a separate SharePoint list called Subscribers. You can add people manually to that list or use a form from Microsoft Forms and then a flow so people can subscribe and get added automatically to that Subscribers list. Then in your flow you need a Get items action to get the subscribers from the list, add an apply to each control and in that add an email action to send an email to each subscriber. So there is no maintenance involved.
