Power Automate/SharePoint List not found

Hi all,

I am having some issues connecting to a SharePoint list when using power automate. I have created a brand new flow to show the error easier. 

Here is the flow - 

Sharepoint List (Dummy Data)

I have read somewhere that it can be a permission issue when updating SharePoint lists. But i am just trying to get the information currently. 

Any help would be great.

Hi @wardeee5,

Just to double check. Are you using the out of the box ID field or did you create one yourself?

The reason I am asking this is because I notice the new icon and the three dots behind the ID field in your screenshot (these are features which are normally related to the Title column).

If so, the out of the box ID field can be found via these steps:

1. Click add column, click show/hide columns.

2. Select the ID field, click Apply

Hi @Expiscornovus 

I am successfully getting the item now i have selected the ID field. I hid the one out of the box and created my own that has an ID from another system that i was hoping i could join/link to. 

If you ever want to link to a list item can you only ever link via the out of the box ID field?
