Hello,
I am attempting to create a flow that triggers off of a KPI visual in one of my dashboards to share with the end user how many products have a defect. I have gotten this to work, but when it sends out to my end users that have RLS applied it shows all of the data aggregated. I have set up different roles (100+) for each part of our facility and each produces defective products independently from one another. I would really like to be able to send the email notification once a day for each role so they know how many defective products they have made. Is there any way to accomplish via flow without creating more visuals filtered to specific areas?

Hi @kk0036,
Could you please share a screenshort of your flow's configuration?
Further, could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
The Power BI connector within Microsoft Flow only support the "When a data driven alert is triggered" trigger and the "Add rows to a dataset" action. If you want to send an email notification once a day for each role, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
