Power Flow runs on all SharePoint List items

I have a flow that is supposed to run on modified items only. The trigger I used is 'When an existing item is modified'. When I am updating one item, it is triggering for all items. This shouldn't be the case. It should only run for modified item. How can I solve this? Please assist.

What is happening - Flow is triggering on all list items

What should happen - Flow must be triggered only on modified item and update only that item

Flow:

1. Trigger - When an existing item is modified

2. Condition - If column value (from step 1) is not null

3. Get Items - From another SharePoint List (same site) with filtered results matching column value from step 2

4. For each - Loop step 3 output collection to build semi-colon separated string

5. Update SharePoint Item (Item ID used from Step 1)

Hi @shazufaraz ,

"When an existing item is modified" is actually "When an item is created or modified", so if a new item is created, Flow will also be triggered.

You can consider using the following configuration to determine whether the current item is a newly created item or a changed item.

The Created Not Equal To Modified doesn't work as the flow is updating the same record. After updating the item, it is triggering again. It has created too many instances of so many items so far. Not sure how to deal with issue. Please assist.
