Power Query JSON resulting in ValueTooComplex

Greetings All, first thing first, I'm new to Microsoft Power Platform.
I'm currently building a flow using Power Automate, one of the steps is Transforming data from SQL Server using Power Query and the next step is creating a CSV file using retrieved data from it.

So we have around hundred thousands rows of data and when retrieving all the data, the JSON output of Transform data using Power Query looks like this :

body": {
    "resultType": "ErrorCode",
    "code": "ValueTooComplex",
    "data": {
      "valueLength": "66481228"

I can't seem to find ValueTooComplex error on the web.

But when I limit the data output to only ~100,000 records, this error is gone.

Any idea how to fix this error? Or if I want to implement a workaround by splitting the Power Query result, can you guys give me an example of how to achieve it? Any helps are appreciated, thank you 😊
