PowerApps flow uses name of item editor

Hello,

I currently have a flow that is triggered when the custom PowerApps form in my Sharepoint list is submitted. It runs with the onSuccess property and passes the ID of the currently edited item to the flow.

The flow then checks some things and eventually creates a file on SP or sends an email with the Outlook action. Problem is that the file and the email gets created/sent using the name of the person who edited the item.

But I want the Mail to get sent by the Service Account which runs the Flow. Is this possible?

Thanks for help

Hi  @abm

Thanks for the fast answer but unfortunately this won't solve my problem. Allowing everyone to send emails from a shared mailbox is not an option and it would also not solve the problem of the file created by the editor and not the flow account.

Hi @Anonymous

Thank you for your quick reply.

Found another thread. Not sure how helpful is this. Please have a look.
