Pre-populate column if condition

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to pre-populate a column if Column A is an answer then change Column B to this. The issue I am running into is Column A is a multiple selection Column and Column B is not. So I am trying to figure out how to get items with the condition for Column A multiple selection.

Hello,

So I have initialize variable then get items from my list and then a condition for the first column (Staff 1) which is the multiple selection column. Then if Staff 1 column equals something (Person A and Person B) then update the  column staff 2 value to choice 2.
