Presenting data from one sharepoint list in the form of another sharepoint list

Hi Power User Community Massive!

So I'm wanting to know if (via sharepoint, powerapps, smoke signals) I can get data from one Sharepoint List and present it as part of another sharepoint list.

Translation and demonstration.

  1. We have a form that people can fill in to request a change. That includes some detail about groups etc.
  2. That comes to my team and an analyst works on it
  3. That analyst then completes another form on another sharepoint list which goes through to our change team and approvals

Theres another similar step after that (change to frontline teams) but its basically the same thing.

So heres what I want:

  • Initial form works fine
  • When the analyst goes to fill out their form the data from the initial form is there too (so they don't have to copy/paste)

Any thoughts/ideas/solutions would be awesome!

Hi @VRCattermole,

I have made a test on my side, you could refer to screenshot below to create a flow to create all items in a test2 list to test3 list as below:

Best regards,
