Prevent forwarding emails - Data Protection

is there a way to modify the "Forward an Email" action to take into consideration the established Data Protection Policies?  We have created a Data Protection Policy to enable Office 365 tools while disabling consumer products like Google, Facebook, etc.

The Forward an Email Action within the Office 365 Outlook Connector completely disregards the Data Protection Policy and allows a user to forward their Business emails anywhere they like.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Microuts,

Could you please share a bit more about the Data Protection Policies that you mentioned? Is it the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies?

Do you want to modify the "Forward an Email" action of Office 365 connector to take the established Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies using Microsoft Flow?

Could you please share a bit more about your flow's configuration?

The issue is confirmed on my side, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

In addition, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
